All measurements are included in product descriptions. Due to the handmade nature of our products there may be minor variations from item to item.
The information and data displayed on the website is to the best of our knowledge accurate at the time of publication.
There may be a slight variation in appearance and colours of the actual products due to the production process, the lighting in which they were photographed or your device’s screen settings.
Pricing and Availability
All transactions are processed in GBP. Please note you are responsible for complying with local tax laws.
White Rain Designs reserves the right to change Product prices and information without prior notice.
All Products are subject to availability. If a product is temporarily out of stock, please contact us and we’ll notify you as soon as it’s back online.
All non personalised items will be posted out within 10 working days.
All personalised items will be posted within 2 - 3 weeks.
Occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather or during busy times like Christmas, deliveries may take a little longer.
For UK customers, if you have not received your order within 7 working days of it being dispatched, please get in touch with your order number.
The responsibility (sometimes referred to as the “risk”) for the Goods remains with Us until delivery is complete at which point it will pass to you. Please note, however, that if we do not hear from you within 30 days from dispatch then the responsibility will become yours.
You reserve the right to cancel your order up to 3 days after it has been made, however please note that this is not possible if the personalisation element of your item has already begun.
We are unable to offer a refund for any items bought in any of our seconds or promotional sales.
All personal information, such as your name, address, credit card details and any other information you give to us is kept securely. Details are processed in accordance with local law and are not sold to third parties.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. This secure merchant is independent and will never disclose your payment details to us.
Carriage is paid for UK orders over £250.
Our minimum wholesale order is £120 (exc carriage). We request a minimum of 6 items per design.
We ask for payment in advance for your order. 30 day payment terms may become available for repeat customers.
For smaller orders or international delivery, a carriage cost will be confirmed once we receive your order. Please let us know if you have specific delivery requirements and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.
Items are packaged for the consumer, unless otherwise agreed. We ask that all where relevant, White Rain Designs products are displayed and sold in their original packaging.
Product lead time for wholesale orders is 3 - 4 weeks plus delivery.
It is unusual for our products to have faults due to the high quality craftsmanship, however, should any item be returned to you due to a production fault, within 2 months of sale, we will do our best to repair or replace the item. Please call to discuss the return before sending back. This policy does not cover any damage caused by the customer due to negligence or stress on the item concerned.
We're unable to offer sale and return. All orders are final. Any cancellations or variations must be made within 2 working days of the receipt of your order confirmation and invoice.
