At the moment we do not offer international shipping.

All in stock orders will be dispatched within 3 working days.

All personalised, made to order orders have a 2 week lead time. You can learn more about our processes here.

Once your order has been made and dispatched, please allow the following time for postage:

We will always try our best to accommodate to orders that need to be processed sooner, but this is not always a guarantee. Please get in contact to see if it is possible.

All items are very securely packaged using eco packaging and protection. We also send our orders thicker boxes to try to prevent any breakages.

Yes of course, if you wish to alter colours slightly please do contact me. Any major design changes would be treated as a custom order and may incur an additional cost.

Yep! We receive all sorts of requests for custom order designs! I love them! If you have a particular design, or idea for a special occasion in mind please do not hesitate to contact me. For a slight additional fee (each query will be handled differently) I am more than happy to produce an item that can further reflect something a little extra special on your celebratory piece.
